By accessing, downloading, installing, creating an account for, purchasing a subscription to, or using RealVerify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer and that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Description of the Service
RealVerify is a digital analysis service designed to provide informational insights regarding potential risk signals, authenticity indicators, manipulation indicators, suspicious characteristics, and other signals associated with user submitted digital content.
Depending on the features available, the Service may analyse content including images, videos, social media profiles, websites, URLs, links, emails, messages, files, and other digital materials.
RealVerify may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, third party security services, databases, and other technologies to provide its analyses.
All results, classifications, risk levels, analyses, explanations, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
RealVerify does not guarantee that any analysis, classification, risk assessment, recommendation, detection, or other output will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, or error free.
Automated analysis, artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, external databases, and third party security services may produce false positives, false negatives, incomplete results, conflicting results, or other errors.
A low risk or similar result does not guarantee that content, a person, account, website, link, file, message, or other material is genuine, legitimate, trustworthy, or safe.
Similarly, a warning or high risk result does not necessarily establish that content or activity is fraudulent, malicious, manipulated, or unlawful.
RealVerify should be used as an additional informational tool and not as the sole basis for important decisions.
You should not rely solely on RealVerify when making financial, legal, personal safety, employment, identity verification, dating, investment, business, medical, or other significant decisions.
Where appropriate, you should independently verify information or seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
User Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use the Service.
By using RealVerify, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent that such activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.
You should notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect your account, other users, or the Service.
User Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to RealVerify.
RealVerify does not claim ownership of your User Content.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant RealVerify a limited, non exclusive, worldwide licence to access, transmit, process, analyse, temporarily store where necessary, and otherwise use that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the Service.
Where processing by third party service providers is necessary to provide the Service, User Content may be transmitted to those providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
We will not use User Content to train RealVerify proprietary AI models unless we have separately informed you of that use and obtained any consent required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or lawful basis to submit content to the Service.
You must not submit content in violation of applicable law or the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, data protection, or other rights of another person.

Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful purposes.
Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, data protection, or other rights of third parties.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, another user’s account, systems, networks, or infrastructure.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, usage limits, subscription restrictions, or access controls.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or attempt to derive source code from the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Use automated bots, scripts, scraping systems, or similar technologies to access or abuse the Service without our written permission.
Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
Misrepresent a RealVerify result as an official determination, certification, guarantee, legal conclusion, professional opinion, or proof that a person or entity has committed fraud or other unlawful activity.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect RealVerify, our users, third parties, or the security and integrity of the Service.
Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third party materials, the RealVerify Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, proprietary technology, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RealVerify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any RealVerify intellectual property to you.
Premium Subscriptions, Payments and Fair Usage
RealVerify may offer paid Premium features through recurring subscriptions.
The applicable price, currency, subscription period, features, billing frequency, and any introductory offer or trial will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds are also governed by the applicable store’s terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription through the subscription settings associated with the relevant store account.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable payment platform, cancelling an auto renewing subscription stops future renewals and does not normally remove access to Premium features for the remainder of the period already paid for.
Deleting the App does not itself cancel an active subscription.
Prices may change from time to time. Where required, advance notice or consent will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant payment platform.
Certain Premium features, including Detailed AI Investigations, may be subject to usage limits or fair usage restrictions. Any applicable limits will be clearly disclosed within the App or at the time of purchase.
We may apply reasonable usage limits where necessary to prevent abuse, maintain service availability, manage third party processing costs, or ensure fair access for users.
Any material changes to usage limits that affect an active paid subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law.
Third Party Services
RealVerify may depend on third party providers for services such as artificial intelligence processing, security analysis, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, payments, databases, and infrastructure.
Certain features may therefore depend on the availability and ope
ration of third party systems that are outside RealVerify’s direct control.
Third party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular third party service.
We may replace or change third party providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or maintain the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that RealVerify will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third party service interruptions, security incidents, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other operational reasons.
We may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal, operational, or product reasons.
Where a change materially affects a paid Service or your legal rights, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealVerify is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not make warranties or representations beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.
Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealVerify and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.
RealVerify is an informational analysis tool and is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on an automated analysis or recommendation where the limitations of the Service have been clearly explained.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use the Service for business purposes or in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify RealVerify against reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service, your infringement of third party rights, or content that you were not legally entitled to submit.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify RealVerify for matters for which such liability cannot fairly or lawfully be imposed under applicable consumer protection law.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how and why it is processed, the categories of third parties that may process it, how long it may be retained, and the rights that may be available to you.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms and should be reviewed before using the Service.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using RealVerify at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including where:
You materially or repeatedly violate these Terms.
Your use of the Service creates a security or legal risk.
Your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.
Suspension or termination is required by law.
Continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably possible.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.
Termination of your RealVerify account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, or another external payment provider. Such subscriptions must be managed through the relevant provider unless otherwise stated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, security requirements, business operations, or third party services.
Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
For material changes, we may provide notice through the App, our website, email, or another appropriate method.
Where applicable law requires your consent to a change, we will request it rather than treating continued use alone as consent.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of the country in which you normally reside.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or other competent authority where you have a mandatory legal right to do so.
If you are not acting as a consumer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where such restriction is permitted by law.
We may transfer our rights or obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of the Service, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.

RealVerify does not claim ownership of your User Content.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant RealVerify a limited, non exclusive, worldwide licence to access, transmit, process, analyse, temporarily store where necessary, and otherwise use that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the Service.
Where processing by third party service providers is necessary to provide the Service, User Content may be transmitted to those providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
We will not use User Content to train RealVerify proprietary AI models unless we have separately informed you of that use and obtained any consent required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or lawful basis to submit content to the Service.
You must not submit content in violation of applicable law or the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, data protection, or other rights of another person.

Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful purposes.
Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, data protection, or other rights of third parties.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, another user’s account, systems, networks, or infrastructure.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, usage limits, subscription restrictions, or access controls.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or attempt to derive source code from the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Use automated bots, scripts, scraping systems, or similar technologies to access or abuse the Service without our written permission.
Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
Misrepresent a RealVerify result as an official determination, certification, guarantee, legal conclusion, professional opinion, or proof that a person or entity has committed fraud or other unlawful activity.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect RealVerify, our users, third parties, or the security and integrity of the Service.
Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third party materials, the RealVerify Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, proprietary technology, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RealVerify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any RealVerify intellectual property to you.
Premium Subscriptions, Payments and Fair Usage
RealVerify may offer paid Premium features through recurring subscriptions.
The applicable price, currency, subscription period, features, billing frequency, and any introductory offer or trial will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds are also governed by the applicable store’s terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription through the subscription settings associated with the relevant store account.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable payment platform, cancelling an auto renewing subscription stops future renewals and does not normally remove access to Premium features for the remainder of the period already paid for.
Deleting the App does not itself cancel an active subscription.
Prices may change from time to time. Where required, advance notice or consent will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant payment platform.
Certain Premium features, including Detailed AI Investigations, may be subject to usage limits or fair usage restrictions. Any applicable limits will be clearly disclosed within the App or at the time of purchase.
We may apply reasonable usage limits where necessary to prevent abuse, maintain service availability, manage third party processing costs, or ensure fair access for users.
Any material changes to usage limits that affect an active paid subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law.
Third Party Services
RealVerify may depend on third party providers for services such as artificial intelligence processing, security analysis, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, payments, databases, and infrastructure.
Certain features may therefore depend on the availability and ope
ration of third party systems that are outside RealVerify’s direct control.
Third party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular third party service.
We may replace or change third party providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or maintain the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that RealVerify will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third party service interruptions, security incidents, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.
Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealVerify and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.
RealVerify is an informational analysis tool and is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on an automated analysis or recommendation where the limitations of the Service have been clearly explained.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use the Service for business purposes or in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify RealVerify against reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service, your infringement of third party rights, or content that you were not legally entitled to submit.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify RealVerify for matters for which such liability cannot fairly or lawfully be imposed under applicable consumer protection law.

RealVerify may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, third party security services, databases, and other technologies to provide its analyses.
All results, classifications, risk levels, analyses, explanations, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
RealVerify does not guarantee that any analysis, classification, risk assessment, recommendation, detection, or other output will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, or error free.
Automated analysis, artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, external databases, and third party security services may produce false positives, false negatives, incomplete results, conflicting results, or other errors.
A low risk or similar result does not guarantee that content, a person, account, website, link, file, message, or other material is genuine, legitimate, trustworthy, or safe.
Similarly, a warning or high risk result does not necessarily establish that content or activity is fraudulent, malicious, manipulated, or unlawful.
RealVerify should be used as an additional informational tool and not as the sole basis for important decisions.
You should not rely solely on RealVerify when making financial, legal, personal safety, employment, identity verification, dating, investment, business, medical, or other significant decisions.
Where appropriate, you should independently verify information or seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
User Age and Eligibility
